2TOC Solutions LTD is an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) company, incorporated in 2008, and licensed by the Nigeria Communication Commission (NCC) as a Telecom Value added Services (VAS) operator in 2012. 2Tco Solutions LTD is a certified equipment manufacturer by Federal Fire Service (FFS), Software as a Service (SaaS) provider, owner of several patents and other intellectual properties. 2TOC has certifications from Bureau for Public Procurement (BPP). Our Management's composition cuts across corporate endeavors. 2TOC’s capacity and performance in data administration earned us a membership of National Technical Working Group on big data analytics, National Committee on the Implementation of Federal Ministry of Transportation’s Road Crime Control system (RCCS), etc. 2TOC focuses on providing socio-technological solutions that enhance the capacity of first responders in prompt alerts administration and reduction in response time. To achieve this, we have been working with first responders and disaster management and coordination agencies on Research and Development (R&D), project development, deployment/installation and maintenance.
