Electric Vehicle Firefighter and First Responder Safety Training, Automotive Technician Electric Vehicle and Alternative Fuel Vehicle Training at AFV Educate - AFV Educate

AFV Educate is a not-for-profit 501c3 organization with a mission to develop and present classes and training on electric cars and other alternative fuel vehicles. This training focuses on first responders, second responders, and automotive technicians which cover hybrid electric, plug-in electric, propane autogas, compressed natural gas, liquefied natural gas, biodiesel, ethanol, and hydrogen. This training can be delivered in multiple formats, including instructor-led live on-site training, streaming live video, recorded video, and other formats that blend these different delivery methods together. These training classes are offered to a cross-section of first responders and automotive technicians who greatly need this knowledge, including firefighters, law enforcement officers, emergency medical services personnel, tow truck operators, automotive salvage personnel, and school students.
