The Congressional Apportionment Amendment (CAA) was found ratified in 2011. You need to know that. Article the First of the Bill of Rights has been found to be ratified by 80% of the states by 1792. Article the First of the Bill of Rights. Why do we not have One Representative in the House of Congress for every 50,000 Citizens as the Amendment says. All 12 amendments to the Bill of Rights have been Passed! Why is the Archivist of the United States, and our Federal Government ignoring ratification of Article the First of the Bill of Rights and telling you it wasn't ratified, in fact, the Government is fighting to stop you from having it. Article the First of the Bill of Rights deals with Representation in the House of Representatives and was ratified since 1792. It is our 28th Amendment (It should have been our FIRST). Since then, the people of the USA are supposed to have one Representative for every 50,000 citizens once we hit 8,000,000 citizens. This is part of our Constitution and while it was unknown till 2011 that Article One was ratified, now that we know, The Archivist, Congress and the President of the United States are not recognizing that this is fact and you are supposed to have one Representative for each 50,000 citizens. Congress declaring that there will only be 435 Representatives which is unconstitutional with the 2011 finding of Article the Firsts ratification and can not be allowed to stand. Wonder what is wrong in the House of Representatives? Now you know and we'll tell you how to fix it. Eugene M. Lavergne, a well known Attorney in NJ, is fighting for your rights. Read the Bold Truth (http://www.boldtruth.com) for the complete lawsuit. Take back the House from special interest groups and the ability of big money to buy the interests of Congressmen and women.
