大崙崇德宮創於日據時代由張雲鈇、張雲富、張雲淡先生及地方有志之士鑒於歷年春秋二季，在各村里臨時搭建祭壇行事多感不便，又當時文化低落，固應速建以符眾望，因此邀集信徒代表供策，於民國十七年十月三日向日本政府申請認可募捐興建，於民國二十年五月十四日後殿三間完滿落成堅固壯觀，恭奉三官大帝、五穀大帝、觀世音菩薩、暨眾神、陸續由信眾供奉神祇。至民國三十二年不幸被日本帝制廢止中國神祇，迨至民國三十四年秋台灣光復即速恢復彫塑原來神像供奉，惟因社會進展迅速信徒日增，及早擴建前殿以應需要，為此地方人士互倡發動里長及代表募捐籌款於民國五十七年九月六日興工，幸蒙各界衷誠協力至民國五十九年秋滿，歷兩年全部工程告峻。
於民國六十年十月間為響應取之於社會、用之於社會道理，遂改制為財團法人大崙崇德宮董監事會。直至民國八十五年間因廟貌老舊，經信徒代表大會議決重新翻修廟貌，經六年漫長規劃修繕，於民國九十一年初通盤工程告峻，從此神靈益加顯赫護國佑民，宏揚孝道之基德。
