虚血性心疾患の病態生理はepicardial coronary arteryの動脈硬化、血管攣縮、そして微小循環が複雑に絡み合い、心筋虚血が生じることが注目されています。それぞれの虚血構成要素に対しての核医学的アプローチがどのようになされるか、そして核医学でどこまで予後に迫ることができるか、この点を深堀していきたいと思います。
