大连空津酒厂开始于五十年代，是一家拥有60多年历史的白酒生产企业。1956年，空十四师在周水前空军大连场站副食品基地成立酿酒酒坊专供部队内部用酒，由于酿酒时酒香四溢，常吸引周围居民们来问，也会有老百姓拿着粮食到酒坊换酒喝，慢慢的有了“空军酒”的名字，后正式更名为“空津酒”；“津”字取自“军”字的谐音，饱含着酒坊“军旅情深”的情怀，同时寓意“海空一色、津润四方”。1994年随着部队改制，空津酒厂由原来的部队内部酒坊变更为独立的大连市甘井子区空津酒厂，地址由空军大连场站迁址到大连市政府的后勤基地大辛村。空津酒厂在大辛村扩大了生产规模，从一个小酒坊变为拥有占地2000平酿造车间800平灌装车间和大型储酒库房的正规酿酒企业，原酒常年储备量在百余吨。2018年酒厂旧址厂房受国家政策影响需要拆除，空津酒厂忍痛从原厂址迁出。在积极配合政府工作的过程中，酒厂创业团队“痛定思痛”，坚持办百年酒企，坚持品质第一，在考察了南方尤其是四川地区多家白酒酿造企业后，在现址建立了酿造展示中心。
