在牧養教會與神學教導的體驗中，實在看見了今日華人教會的缺乏，人人需裝備才能有效的傳道。而造就工人更是建立教會有深遠影響的途徑。感謝神帶 領我有服事祂的機會，在紐約開辦了「紐約基督工人神學院」，在這過程中，深深感到靈命與知識的重要而且時代工人必需以神的話語來供應這時代的需要，以真道來建立教會。
於一九九五年的三月，神賜下異象來，心中有很大的負擔要開始一信心團體，盼能促進今日華人教會的復興工作，此團體名為「信心聖經會」(Faith Bible Inc.)，顧名思義，本團體是完全憑信心來服事神，並且照聖經標準來作工；已向紐約州與聯邦政府申請為非營利宗教團體，可于開辦神學訓練事工，差傳與開 設教會之工作。於一九九五年，經得基督工人建證團的同意，紐約基督工人神學 院將歸併於此團體之內，並易名為「信心聖經神學院」(Faith Bible Seminary)
信心聖經會的角色乃為今時代神的出口，它不屬於任何宗派或福音機構，它 的宗旨是要推動教會按照聖經真理來建立，使福音更完備的傳開。
因美國東岸紐約並沒有華人開辦的神學院，使我們更感到責任重大，每時刻以 敬虔與儆醒的心來作成主所交託的工作。
