After the devastating earthquake that shook our beloved Venezuela, our community has responded with extraordinary unity, compassion, and resilience. Organizations, institutions, and countless volunteers have come together to provide temporary shelter, food, support, and assistance to those affected. It has been truly inspiring to witness our community caring for one another.Baruch Hashem, while many families are coping with emotional trauma and significant damage to their homes, our community has, for the most part, been spared from serious physical injury. For this tremendous blessing, we are deeply grateful to Hashem.Many of you have reached out asking us how you can help. In response, we are opening a relief fund to provide direct assistance where it is needed most.As the immediate emergency begins to settle, one of the greatest challenges our community now faces is helping families whose homes have been severely damaged. Many will require significant repairs before they can once again live safely and with peace of mind. Your partnership will help provide the resources needed to restore homes, rebuild security, and support families through the next stage of recovery.Together with the many organizations and individuals who have stepped forward to serve our community, we hope to continue doing our part in caring for one another and helping rebuild the remarkable community we have always been proud to call our own.Thank you for your prayers, your concern, and your partnership.
