Welkom op mijn website, waar u informatie vindt over de achtergronden van Interculturele gezins- en relatietherapie en informatie over hoe u contact met mij kunt opnemen en hoe u zich kunt aanmelden. Er kunnen verschillende (culturele) redenen zijn waarom u op een zeker moment op zoek gaat naar een relatietherapeut of individuele therapeut. Ieder gezin heeft wel eens te maken met spanningen en obstakels. Tot op zekere hoogte is dit normaal en hoort dit bij het leven. De problemen kunnen soms liggen in de relationele sfeer, hetzij tussen partners, het zij tussen ouders en kinderen en overgroot- ouders. Soms kunnen de problemen meer individueel en cultureel aard zijn, maar hebben deze wel invloed op de omgeving. De omgeving lukt het echter niet altijd om op eigen kracht dit op te lossen. Hierover met vrienden spreken kan vaak helpend zijn maar helpt niet bij het oplossen van relatie spanningen die gecompliceerd zijn. Een interculturele systeem- relatie therapeut is hierin ervaren; er zal in samenwerking met u, en vaak in relatief korte tijd, veel veranderen, waardoor de problemen zullen verminderen. Therapie helpt u om inzicht te krijgen in uw / jullie eigen relationele patronen. Interculturele Systeemtherapie helpt om nieuwe verbindingen en omgangsvormen te ontwikkelen in contact en relatie.
