Siegel, Max H. | Paul, Weiss

An associate in the Litigation Department, Max Siegel has litigated a wide range of complex civil matters before trial and appellate courts. Max has substantial experience briefing and arguing motions and appeals and at trial, and has advised both defendants and plaintiffs on litigation strategy. He has represented parties and amici at the certiorari, merits and emergency application stages before the U.S. Supreme Court. His practice has included matters of bankruptcy law, commercial contracts, statutory interpretation and constitutional law.Max is a member of the New York City Bar Association Federal Courts Committee, where he chairs the Subcommittee on Appeals. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Appellate Practice and Business Litigation. Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Max worked as an associate at a leading litigation firm. While at law school, he served as a notes and comments editor of the Yale Law Journal.
