Introduction to My MinistryMy name is Christopher B. Wilson, and my life has been a journey of brokenness, redemption, and God’s amazing grace.I grew up in a split home, and by the age of eleven I was living between two worlds—my mother’s home during the week, and my father’s home every other weekend. At the time, I hated those weekends with my dad because of the strict rules, but today I can see how those lessons shaped the man I am.In my younger years, I went down a dark path. I lied, I stole, and I sold drugs. I thought I was in control, but sin had control of me, and I suffered the consequences of my choices. In 2013, I founded From Meth to Christ Ministries, which later became Breakthrough Ministries 4612. For a while I was on the right path, but in 2016 I fell apart. I turned back to the world, thinking it would be okay—but it nearly cost me my life.My addiction wasn’t only to drugs—it was to money. Scripture warns us that, “For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs” (1 Timothy 6:10). That was me—I chased after money and nearly destroyed myself.I entered the Georgia Drug Court Circuit, where I completed the two-year program with honors. But within six months of release, I slipped back into the same destructive cycle. Hard to believe—a minister falling back into drug dealing. Yet the Bible tells us, “As a dog returns to its vomit, so fools repeat their folly” (Proverbs 26:11). That was my reality.I was sentenced to 15 years, serving four behind bars, and during that time God met me once again. I met a God-fearing man named Brandon Grubbs in prison. We worked out together, studied God’s Word daily, and encouraged one another in faith. I didn’t know it then, but God was already pulling me back into ministry.After my release, I met my wife Jessica in 2022. By God’s providence, the same best friend I met in prison, Brandon, later officiated our wedding in November. Jessica and I will soon celebrate three years together and two years of marriage. We often say we saved each other, but the truth is, it was God saving us both.Today, I’ve reopened the ministry online and plan to expand once we relocate to Kentucky. God has given me a vision to start a cannabis-based rehab center for believers—a place where people can find freedom from meth, heroin, fentanyl, and other chains of addiction. These are some of the greatest demons tormenting lives today, but through Jesus Christ, there is hope.Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6). He alone has carried me out of death into life, and if not for His mercy and grace, I would not be here to share this testimony.So today I stand as a soldier for Christ, thankful for His unending grace—grace that I do not deserve, but receive freely because of His love. My life is proof that God is not through with us yet. If He can restore me, He can restore anyone.Thank you for taking the time to hear my story.
