Since 1752, our family has operated this beautiful farm. Dickie Bros. Orchard grows apples, peaches, nectarines, plums, pumpkins, corn, sweet potatoes and more. John Bruguiere is a member of the seventh generation to run Dickie Bros. Orchard. He and his wife Shelby, manage the farm and have added a new venture to the menu in 2023... weddings and events! We converted an old barn into an event space and invite guests to come tour and hopefully, decide to hold their special occasion here at our family farm. Located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia in Nelson County (just south of Charlottesville). Dickie Brothers Orchard is open July - December. We also have a retail location in Afton on Rt 151. Dickie Bros. Orchard's 151 Farm Market doesn't have the orchard, but it is a convenient location to stop in and pick up some fresh products right from our farm. We've brought fresh farm goodness to you. We grow 19 varieties of apples and allow pick-you-own during harvest season at our farm in Roseland.
