The Qi Project
Meta Description
The Qi Project is an interdisciplinary, audience participatory project. It was created first as a gallery installation and then published online. It was created by Nanette Wylde in Flash, 2008. The project includes audio interviews, video of humans moving through public spaces shot on three continents, audience input, and randomized readings of audience input. In 2020 Adobe initiated end-of-life for Flash, meaning support for Flash projects was discontinued, and that browsers and the Internet audience were discouraged from allowing Flash projects to play on their computers. This site acts as documentation of this project.
