麹町カフェは、2004年に麹町郵便局の隣の小さなコーヒスタンドから始まりました。その麹の字をピクトグラムでロゴにしてもらいました。麦と米で麹。麹が醸す食の世界。私達は「"良い"を食べる。」をテーマに記憶に残る料理を作っていきたいと思います。
