Merimaa is a spacious seaside stay in Loviisa, offering room for up to 12 guests across four bedrooms and light-filled common areas. Large windows frame views of the sea and forest, while a sauna, fireplace, and sheltered patio create space for gathering year-round. With direct access to the shore, a private dock, and a sandy beach, Merimaa is well-suited for time spent near the water, from boating and fishing to simply enjoying the fresh coastal air. Inside, Merimaa is arranged across two floors, combining generous space with a functional layout. The main floor features a large entrance hall, a bright living room with direct access to the terrace, a kitchen equipped for everyday needs, a bedroom, and a sauna area that includes a bath overlooking a breathtaking seaview. Two separate WCs and a utility room with a washer/dryer add to the comfort. Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms, two bathrooms, two walk-in wardrobes, and a balcony overlooking the sea. The interiors are filled with natural light, with glass walls in key areas that draw the outdoors in. Outdoors, the private dock and sandy beach invite you to enjoy the shoreline at your own pace—whether for swimming, boating, or simply sitting by the water. The terrace and charcoal grill provide a setting for shared meals with sea views. A 6-8 person jacuzzi invites you to relax while soaking up the views. Around the house, blueberry and lingonberry bushes dot the paths, adding a local touch to your stay. Please note that curtains and blackout blinds are currently under the process of being installed on the windows and are not available yet. There is no running water in the beach sauna cabin's shower during the winter. The indoor sauna is operational all year-round. In the Spring to Summer, Merimaa has an abundant rhubarb plant to make crisps, pies and crumbles. From July to September there are blueberries overflowing on 1 1/2 acres of land. Lingon berries come in August through September. RESPECTING THE NEIGHBOURHOOD Please keep music at a considerate volume to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. We are committed to responsible hosting and respect the local community. A Minut sensor on the patio monitors noise levels to ensure they stay within a respectful limit during quiet hours. It does not record conversations, maintaining your privacy at all times.
